The flagship. We design and direct the forum track of a four-day documentary festival in Washington, DC — 27 sessions across three venues, a team of 18, and an AI-built dashboard that turned three years of ticketing into scheduling decisions.
A recurring community-partner series in Miami. The studio designs and directs it; the floor gets facilitated in real time — bringing local organizers into one room and keeping the conversation moving.
A Miami Music Week event at Forma for 80+ residents and attendees, with a companion AI app that ran the interactive playlist. It's also the program that led to Motion Flix — the systems build above.
