Isa is a program director and facilitator who designs and directs multi-day, multi-venue, multi-partner programs — and builds the systems that make them scale. She grew up in South Miami, learned early that giving other people space to talk was its own kind of power, and turned it into a decade of live rooms.
She runs the forum track of a four-day documentary festival, produces a recurring Miami community series, and builds AI-assisted systems — dashboards, companion apps, and training platforms — that let complex, multi-partner programs run without her in the room. She holds a Master of Legal Studies from UCLA (Law & Technology) and a B.A. from Georgetown in Culture & Politics. Trilingual: English, Spanish, and French.
